    1. Customers submit their product and service requirements that can be shared to vendors globally. This requirement is verified by E-Leads Factory and upon approval can be shared to one or more vendors based on customer’s requirements
    2. Vendors receive customer’s requirements, review and contact them to discuss their needs, plans and expectations in detail, and then share info, ideas, solutions and proposals with customers
    3. Customer then evaluates vendor’s proposals and decides to work with single or multiple vendors.

    Q. What are E-Leads Factory paid services?

    Members use E-Leads Factory as Customer for FREE. Customer members are not charged any fee to view relevant vendor members’ profiles, share their requirements and to receive responses with desired solutions and quotations/ proposals. E-Leads Factory currently charges ONLY vendor members a nominal performance-based fee for the following services:

    1. Customer Leads (exclusive option to select customer requirements and get their details frequently, which aids in attracting and getting new business) and
    2. Profile Bidding (exclusive and innovative option to promote company’s and manager’s profile to prospective customers, partners and investors)

    The above mentioned paid services coupled with our digital marketing expertise help to:
    1. Ensure that customers are contacted only by genuinely interested, capable, relevant and professional vendors and
    2. Consistently and continuously source high-quality customer requirements for our vendor members

    Q. What is your Order Cancellation and Refund Policy?

    You can cancel your Order within 24 hours and we will process the refund of your full Order Amount within 24 hours of receiving your Order Cancellation request, provided you have not used the purchased Customer Lead or Profile Bidding credits.
